Marty started his journey into photography around the age of 12 with a very basic point and shoot camera and has been improving his skills and craft ever since. Over the past 40+ years, he has photographed everything from fire and accident scenes, construction job sites, portraiture, some aerial photography and the usual nature, wildlife and scenics. Most notable has been his work in Professional Rodeo since 1992. As a Gold Card Member of the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association), he has traveled the midwest capturing rodeos and rodeo life as well as many other equine events including Barrel Races, Cowboy Mounted Shooting and other Cow Horse Events. Stepping back a bit from rodeos at the beginning of 2019, he is now concentrating more of his time and work with the PSA (Photographic Society of America) where he is the Wisconsin State Membership Director and Nationally, a PSA Website Mentor as well as the PSA Conference Photographer. Marty also stays involved locally in camera clubs in Central Wisconsin when he isn't out photographing.
